Elvia Gómez Troya, known as Elvia la rastreadora in Spanish or Elvia the tracker in English, is a girl with an incredible passion for nature and wildlife in particular. Ever since she was little, she has felt a special connection with nature and an urgent desire to share her love and knowledge with others.

Together with her parents, professional wildlife trackers, she has traveled throughout the world, from Spain and the Canary Islands to Morocco, Gibraltar, Tanzania, Kenya, Finland, France, Andorra, Portugal, Bulgaria and beyond.

In her debut book, through magical storytelling and hand-drawn illustrations, Elvia shines a light on the wonders and secrets of the natural world to inspire a new generation of children.
